Very nice hospitality, delicious breakfast.

Stayed here before, and I would return anytime. The breakfast was enjoyable for a cake for my husband's birthday, and all the food was fab. Overall it was great-sized and newly renovated with an amazing four poster bed.

Had wonderful stay on a road trip for our one night stay and the weather was wonderful. We was upgraded to recently refurbished double room with bed and bathroom. There were facilities such as central heating, an iron, and a multi-channel television...

We loved having a spacious room with a cozy fireplace and really enjoyed the delicious breakfasts every morning. The relaxing outdoor seating area and lovely garden made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. One small thing was that the bed creaked a bit, but it didn't take away from our overall fantastic experience 😊

We loved this hotel and its NICE staff and location. Got neat and huge room with bedroom as well as nice touches like free water bottles had a relaxing stay overall.

Charming stay with great hosts

The hosts were super friendly and gave us great local tips. Breakfast was delish, especially the mimosas! Our room was lovely, but the bed felt really hard, made sleeping a bit tough. Still, the location was spot on for exploring! Highly recommend checking it out!

Great-sized room with the TV, a fireplace and bedroom. Located in the heart of the city. And near to St George St, and the beautiful Centennial House.

The bathroom offered a great way to relax after exploring the area. Breakfast was excellent on both mornings with friendly staff. My room overlooked a busy street but calmed down by the evening was great.

The bed was a bit hard and caused some discomfort. The street noise was noticeable at first.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a tv, and smooth air conditioning. I fondly recall my first stay when the staff helped with my luggage. The breakfast was good too. I'll be back next year!

It was just an ideal choice for a couple of nights in St Augustine with reasonable value. The breakfast was good, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Make sure to check the breakfast times so you don't miss out.

The location proved to be ideal, with access to shopping, restaurants, and historical sites. Particularly Jess and Melanie, were helpful. Breakfast was a standout, with fresh eggs and good dishes, we started each day on a high note. The room was a bit tight for our liking, and we encountered some street noise that disrupted our sleep occasionally.

The staff here is very friendly, breakfast is delightful, and the location is amazing with close access to historic attractions, restaurants, and shops in the downtown area.
